RYAN MACVOY‘s first foray into business was as a Cutco Cutlery salesperson in his late teens—an experience that proved the reward of the entrepreneurial spirit. This spirit was galvanized by his additional sales and management positions that followed.  After receiving a B.B.A in Marketing from Western Michigan University, Ryan traveled west to Lake Tahoe, California. The mountains and deep snow drew him to Squaw Valley where he became an award-winning member of the Squaw Valley Ski School. The snowfall slowed and Ryan made his way back to Michigan, taking an active role learning the operations at DWM Holdings. Having worked his way through the different areas of the business and its portfolio companies, Ryan has held his current position of CEO since 2012.
